Honor the energy of the New Moon with a grounding and expansive experience designed to realign your body, mind, and spirit.
This soulful journey begins with a gentle yinyasa flow to awaken and soften the body, followed by a heart-centered New Moon ritual to release the old and plant seeds for new beginnings.
You’ll then be guided into deep stillness with a live sound bath featuring singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and other ancient instruments—crafted to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and connect you with the lunar energy of renewal.
