Join us for a captivating solar eclipse sound immersion featuring SHRED Yoga musicians Alex, Courtney, Lisa, and Flo. Harnessing the transformative power of sound, they will synchronize with the celestial dance of the sun & moon on this day of the Solar Eclipse.
You’ll begin with gentle yoga movement to open the body to receive the sound, & allow the ethereal vibrations of singing bowls, a harmonium, flutes, ancient Tibetan instruments, chimes, & sacred sounds to wash over you, gently transporting you to a state of deep relaxation & inner peace Reserve your spot now!
