Join us at Sahumerio for a curated open-air wellness experience designed to energize your body, elevate your mood, and connect you with an incredible community.
Starting at 10:00 AM, The Sunday Reset flows seamlessly through a multi-sensory journey of movement, music, and recovery. Begin with an energizing HIIT workout, followed by an uplifting yoga flow, all set to a live DJ and live music that guide the rhythm of the morning. From there, drop into stillness with a deeply immersive sound bath and breathwork session, before awakening your system with an optional ice bath experience.
Move at your own pace and explore the recovery zone, designed to help you restore, recharge, and fully absorb the experience.
