We offer HIIT, strength training,HYROX, yoga including Vinyasa, Power, Yin and more. Pilates, barre, boxing, circuit training, sound healing, stretching and recovery.
Your SHRED Pass also includes access to Open Gym at Paradise Gym & El Workout.

The first step is showing up, so you are always welcome to drop in.
In Puerto Escondido we go withe the flow. That said, we highly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot, speed up the check in, and give you the option to pay in advance by credit card. You can reserve online and still pay in class with cash, your SHRED Pass, or one of our payment methods. Some classes have limited capacity, and priority is given to those with reservations.
You can pay at class with cash (exect change preferred), your SHRED Pass, Revolut, Wise, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Interac eTransfer, or Mexican bank transfer. We also accept Wellhub and Total Pass. Reservations made in advance on our website accept credit card.
It's easy. Simply in your profile, click on "My Bookings", locate your booking and select CANCEL.

NO! You can book a class in advance WITHOUT paying in advance. You can book it and simply pay when you arrive to the class. If you would like to pay in advance, you do have that option, however it is NOT necessary.
Not much - just a bottle of water, a small towel, tennis/running shoes - or barefoot works also - and of course, a good attitude! Let's go!
You don't need to bring a mat! Our venues are fully equipped for all our classes. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, positive vibes, and a smile!
Absolutely! SHRED is HOW you get in shape. SHRED is for guys and girls of all fitness levels. It's for those who are just getting into fitness, to those who are "all in" on the fitness lifestyle. Beginners and advanced. Young and old. First-timers and fitness veterans. There are modifications to the exercises at SHRED to accommodate all levels. SHRED is for you, it is about you, and is YOUR workout. SHRED is a no-judgment zone. You do you.
No. Our Yoga is authentic, traditional yoga taught by world class team with more then 200 years of vombined experience.
We offer Vinyasa, Power, Yin, breathwork, meditation and sound journeys. More than half of our classes are yoga and nobody in Puerto offers more yoga in more locations then SHRED.
The SHRED Pass offer better value and include discounts around town. With the pass, you get discounted access to all SHRED classes, plus exclusive benefits with our SHRED Partners.

Yes. The 3 class and 10 class passes can be shared. Weekly and monthly unlimited passes are individual, non transferable and cannot be shared.
Yes - SHRED welcomes member with both Wellhub and TotalPass. You are inviteted to join our classes using either platforms.
The answer is - LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If your injury prevents you from being active, causes significant pain or discomfort, you are probably better off resting your body until you are better and more mobile. However, if you have something small or very minor bothering you that you need to be careful of (eg: a sore knee), just let us know before class, and we will give some modifications for you. But remember, listen to your body, that's the most important! When in doubt - rest your body!
Say cheese! As you might have seen, we do often take photos and videos of SHRED sessions to help spread the word about SHRED, mark the moment in SHRED history, and to help inspire others to SHRED with us! When you provide us your Instagram handle, we tag you our group photos and videos. If you would rather not have your photo taken, simply let us know.
