This intimate sound ceremony begins with gentle movement and breathwork led by Flo (SHRED Yoga) to help you ground and open. From there, let the soothing soundscapes of Aleck from Wellness Wave—featuring handpan, guitar, didgeridoo, and sacred instruments—guide you through a deep inner journey.
Together, we’ll release old energy, set new intentions, and tune into the stillness of the moon’s reset.
