About the event
Join us for our annual SHRED Live: Christmas Edition .... a feel-good Christmas Day workout and community celebration in collaboration with Puerto Disco Society, the creators of the best disco, feel-good parties in Puerto.
This special event brings the SHRED community together to move, sweat, and give back — powered by a LIVE DJ set from Cronlito, delivering those signature Puerto Disco Society vibes: uplifting beats, joyful energy, and nonstop good feelings that turn a workout into a celebration.
Once again this year, we’re raising funds to support Casa Hogar Orphanage, helping provide Christmas gifts, holiday treats, and meaningful support to brighten the season for local children.
Last year, after this very event, we headed straight to the orphanage that afternoon -- and the smiles on the children’s faces were absolutely priceless. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when movement, music, and community come together with purpose.
