Join us for Soul-Full Sunday, a one-day wellness experience at the stunning Casa Zee just 15 minutes outside of La Punta. We will begin at 10am and close around 2pm. Immerse yourself in a journey of rejuvenation and self-discovery. Begin your day with reflection through guided meditation, followed by yoga and the healing vibrations of sound. Then learn to harness the power of your breath to prepare you for an optional refreshing dip in an ice bath. Lastly, we will join together for wholesome brunch. Escape the hustle and bustle and join us for Soul-Full Sunday: a day specially curated to nourish both body and soul. Limited space.
