Slow down and reconnect through an immersive evening designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and guide the body into a state of deep rest.
This special SHRED experience blends gentle candlelit Yin Yoga, acupuncture, and live sound healing into one deeply restorative journey for body, mind, and energy.
The evening begins with grounding yin postures and breathwork led by Lisa before transitioning into an extended savasana experience featuring acupuncture and energetic healing by Safire alongside live sound bowls and harmonium.
With years of experience as a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, acupuncturist, and energy healer, Safire’s work combines intuitive care with ancient healing practices designed to support regulation, energetic balance, emotional release, and restoration within the body.
